I am a Senior Technical Team Lead at Airbnb, specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation. I lead a team of RPA developers and work with various RPA tools, including UiPath and Robocorp, as well as Python automation using the Python Robocorp framework.In addition to my technical role, I serve as an RPA consultant, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to showcase the capabilities and advantages of RPA. My responsibilities include identifying processes suitable for RPA development, creating and reviewing documentation such as Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), and providing solutions to developers.I also conduct daily scrum meetings to ensure project alignment and collaborate with Business Analysts on new projects and feasibility checks. My work is integral to driving the adoption and successful implementation of RPA initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within the organization.
