1.Tasks related to customer service Builds and maintains good relations with the customers, to encourage their loyalty and obtain their recommendations. Welcomes arriving customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer telephone calls quickly, and in a polite and professional manner. Handles customer complaints according to dealership policies, and notifies his /her supervisor as soon as possible. Takes part in negotiations with insurers, at his/her supervisor’s request.2.Tasks related to damage evaluation  Examines damaged vehicles to determine the degree of structural and mechanical damage, as well as damage to the bodywork and the insides of the vehicles. Evaluates the cost of labour and parts to repair or replace each damaged part. Reviews repair cost estimates with the Bodyshop foreman. Weighs the feasibility of repairs against the replacement of parts such as bumpers, fenders and doors. Evaluates the cost of repainting undamaged vehicles. Do claim intimation and claim registration of the damaged vehicle under insurance repair on the TATA MOTORS insurance broking & advisory services ltd. Portal.3.Tasks related to administrative follow-up Completes the work orders for all vehicles brought into the Bodyshop for repairs; obtains the customer’s signature. Follows up on orders sent to the parts department, to ensure that the parts are available. Prepares the final invoices for the work performed, from the work orders. Delivers the vehicle to the customer, ensuring that any deductible, taxes or other charges are collected, and records the amounts received. Closes the work orders in the computer, in a timely manner. Files the work orders. Reconciles the till every day, according to accounting department procedures. Verifies the documents circulating and ensures that they are all entered, duly completed, legible and filed or sent to the individuals concerned.

1. Floor management and team management of technicians and service advisers.2. Customers handling and ensure customer satisfaction.3. Daily organize of morning meeting and discuss safety and new service circulars.4. Manage FSB, warranty and AMC claims in Siebel CRM DMS software.5. Provide trainings to team of technicians/service advisors on new product/technology/process.6. Ensure profitability of workshop through activities like service campaigns, thorough check-up checklists implementation, engine health check-up campaigns, recon engine, selling AMC, bringing accidental business etc.7. Monitor and improve PSF and CPSC scorecards continuously.

1. Allocate job cards to various bays and monitor the work done on the vehicle.2. Communicate the time required to complete the task to the service advisor.3. Ensure the sourcing of all the parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work4. Offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required.5. Communicate any time any time and cost overruns to the service advisor.6. Manage the quality of work done on multiple bays, simultaneously7. Engage, interact & tackle the customer of the vehicle.8. Ensure that the technicians are not disturbed while the vehicles are being serviced.9. Exhibit strong technical understand of the vehicle, to the customer.10. Along with the Service advisor, conduct a check on the vehicles in PDI area, to ensure that all jobs mentioned in the job card have been completed as per quality guidelines.11. In case of any discrepancies, vehicle to be returned to the floor for rework job. Reschedule the service scheduling chart in case of rework and communicate the same to the service advisor.
