· Define, Design, Launch, Manage & Support E2E Supply Chain related programs for New Businesses strategies/projects mainly Jio-Mart Digital (B2C/B2B2C), Electronics Omni channel (B2C), Jio Fiber/Devices (B2C/B2B) & 4G Telecom Projects (B2B)· Collaborate with stakeholders (including CxO level) & multiple IT teams using Agile approach throughout Product Lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, development, test case execution & implementation to handling post production issues· Ensure continuous process improvement, automation & process re-engineering for optimal resource utilization & Head report & dashboard development for KPI monitoring and work closely with business, IT and analytics teams

- Manage critical supply chain projects, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risk involved in delivering the project within timeline- Ensure readiness of supply chain function along with all embedded functions within launch timelines. - Prepare project plan, MIS, reports, action trackers etc. for higher management review

- Ensure time bound equipment procurement, delivery and supplier payment for upcoming manufacturing facility- Identify and implement improvement programs in the existing procurement process

- Identify chassis component suppliers, negotiate rate contracts and develop products for Tata Nano, as per R&D technical specifications and business requirement of lower cost, sufficient capacity and shorter lead time - Implement lean manufacturing and other tools at the vendor manufacturing and assembly locations to increase productivity- Ensure time bound development and delivery of components for new variants of Tata Nano
