Site handling along with MEP coordination in order to have a management along the process of completion.6. Scrutinising drawings of team members who are working along in a project.7. Preparing 3D models and renders for the client.8. Audit survey and making reports.9. Coordinating with Sales team and client during stages of selling any project.10. Coordinating with civil engineer and purchase team for evaluating minimum cost expenditure in benefit of the company along with quality service by vendors.11. Coordinating with Site engineers for any discrepancy on site and evaluating it by doing site visits.12. Evaluating site progress as per handover dates and pushing team to do the needful as per site requirements.13. Coordinating with vendors directly for any specific requirement if client has asked in terms of interior finish or cabinetry is required. 14. Maintaining agreement commitment in mind before any discrepancy happens as per client requirement on site, benefiting company in terms of its expenditure.15.
