Working on cool new applications with SOTA LLMs in the Contact Center Industry. Building products that make more efficient Agents, and helping customers measure their success with A/B tests. Involved in building internal tooling as well as new product feature, applying cutting edge techniques in prompting and LLMs.

Worked directly with the Data Portfolio managers to use alternative datasets for driving investment decisions as part of the Fundamental Equities Data Insights team. Developed and implemented data models for KPI forecasting, generated insights by tracking growth metrics, evaluated and purchased datasets, and conducted data research. Mentored interns and guided other teams on model improvements.

Implemented and productionized KPI forecast models on consulting with Front Office Trading Analysts as part of the Data Insights team. Worked on testing investment hypothesis using large scale alternative datasets. Conducted data evaluations and recommended purchase decisions to key stakeholders, working directly with data vendors.

Interned for the Fundamental Equities Data team on data research projects, conducting data evaluations, producing model forecasts and publishing regular model run results.

Mentored aspirants for national and international competitive exams such as CAT, GMAT, IELTS, LSAT etc.

Trained over 60000 students across the country on aptitude, soft skills and technical modules. Developed content modules and workshops that were part of the course curriculum at different colleges.
