As a territory sales manager for GE's Industrial Services business, I managed a $9M territory across Colorado, Nebraska, and Eastern Wyoming. In this role, I worked across the operations and commercial organizations to manage accounts and sales for GE's field services and repairs offerings on high voltage electrification equipment including AC and DC motors, switchgear, transformers, drives and controls, and arc flash reduction.

I completed projects to increase efficiency and lower costs of heavy duty gas turbine outages. I primarily focused on configuration mapping and relative tool design for 6-point compressor spacer kits for GE's 6B, 6F, 7FB, and 9FB gas turbine fleets. In total, these kits and tool are anticipated to save $500,000 in outage costs over the tool lifetime. I also worked to develop field training and repair documents.

I specialized in gas turbine shrouds including quality control, qualifications, and inspections. My main project was to revise and further audit general methods used to manufacture shrouds which resulted in 600 corrections and multiple methods created from scratch. I also designed, prototyped, and contracted out a custom spanner wrench to improve safety and reduce costs on a Magerle wheel change.
