Leads ISE's public finance portfolio, including advisory support to government clients and donor partners to drive reform agendas on financial accountability and transparency, analysis and assessment of public financial management systems, directing the development of IT infrastructure and tools to support clients' accountability goals, and management of projects and cross-functional teams in this thematic area. Develops and codifies tools and diagnostics to support ISE's rapid analysis of core governance systems and in-country analysis.

Conducted detailed analysis of and developed monitoring, evaluation, and learning guidelines for 17 indicators of a USAID-funded project that supports the Government of Liberia’s decentralization agenda, focusing on three counties, municipalities, and local civil society organizations. Developed database and tools to assess the impact of 24 grants to civil society organizations to build the capacity of citizens to participate in local decision-making and access to public services.

Researched and analyzed aid transparency datasets to assess the accuracy of donor reporting of gender equality and women’s empowerment projects against OECD-DAC standards for gender reporting.
