As a Technology Consultant / Agency Practice Manager at Arcomm Communications, my primary responsibility is the development and management of our carrier and cloud practice. This involves overseeing the implementation of our new agency practice offerings, including telecom audit and cost reduction, new location/new construction planning and road mapping, business process optimization, and employee productivity optimization, as well as cyber security, disaster recovery, and future-proof planning.At Arcomm Communications, we provide a comprehensive range of services to our clients, including internet services (Dedicated, Broadband, WAVE, PTP, ELAN), hosted/unified communications as a service, contact center, cyber security, IoT, and mobility solutions. As a Technology Consultant, I work closely with clients to understand their unique communication and technological needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.In this role, I maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends and developments of carrier and cloud solutions, and possess expertise in telecom, unified communications, contact center solutions, and cyber security. As a trusted advisor, I build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and am constantly seeking ways to improve our practice and provide innovative solutions to our clients.
