After ~35 years in commercial banking I am now fortunate enough to be able to focus on other priorities! Family time, travel, biking, yoga, a little golf, and volunteering with some local non-profits that do great work, including Rebuilding Together, Arlington Free Clinic, Arlington Food Assistance Center, Arlington CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and Lost Dog Rescue Foundation. Past positions were as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker/Relationship Manager with United Bank and SunTrust Bank (now Truist). Other prior positions at SunTrust included Commercial Loan Underwriter and Senior Loan Reviewer in the Credit Process Review Department. Previously, I was a Senior Federal Examiner with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and worked as a Research Assistant with the Central Banking Division of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC. I also served as a US Peace Corps Volunteer, working to promote economic development as a staff member on a USAID project in Jamaica for 2 1/2 years.
