CurrentCurrently assisting 44 local Store locations and 1,100 nationwide with Training and Development of employees, LMS Administration, and scheduled training offerings.In this role I had the opportunity to recruit thousands of prospective employees. I interviewed and hired hundreds of employees to assist the needs of our region. In five years, I have facilitated and trained tens of thousands of employees in person or virtually. Worked hand in hand with Store Managers and Executive Level Staff to identify training opportunities within region.Key driver to help streamline current training programs through execution, action, and efficiency. Assisted teams developing multiple Training Programs to fit the needs of our employees in person and virtually.
