I lead the comprehensive forecast for all Top Line related metrics of the company. This scope includes modeling, analysis, Board Reporting, and forecasting Bookings, Billings, Revenue, and ARR. These tasks are done with a dual Product/Geo lens, that result in heavy ties with both the Sales and Product teams.Additionally, I lead the Treasury function within the FP&A team. On this side of the role, my team and I forecast FCF, NWC, and corporate liquidity. Secondary aspects include FX management and heavy Accounting collaboration.

I lead the FP&A team's Bookings (ACV/TCV), Revenue, Billings, and COGS forecasting. I am also in charge of understanding how to bridge differences of Bookings TCV vs ACV, Revenue, Billings, and implementing into forward looking views. I will also be working with Product and Sales leaders to implement market and deal level tracking into forecasts.Secondary scopes include - 1) Flowing through business initiatives/Top Line forecasts into COGS impacts 2) FP&A lead on all Top Line related business improvement projects 3) Will in the future begin to drive KPI creation of Top Line and Cost related metrics

This role will manage the Bookings, Revenue, and COGS forecasting for Forcepoint (effectively Gross Profit). Top Line responsibilities will be to own all forecasting for Top Line metrics inclusive of: TCV, ACV, Revenue, and ARR for Forcepoint's various Product offerings.This role is the Finance lead that collaborates with Sales and Sales Ops to align on near term Bookings objectives and Product Mgmt for longer term Bookings objectives. I will be providing performance based metrics to CFO and VP level management on quarterly and ad-hoc basis to pressure test the Sales team. Ideally, we aim to begin to lay Go-to-Market groundwork/processes that will be implemented this year at this role's direction.Lastly, retained COGS responsibilities now sit in the same role, resulting in heavy synergies between the input and output of COGS expense.

I will be managing the Cost of Goods Sold expense and provide insight to our manufacturing operations and hardware/inventory teams for Forcepoint's royalties and hardware to support worldwide sales. I will hone in on developing cross functional synergies, forecasting accuracy, and business operations and cost improvement initiatives amongst the hardware/inventory, budget, sales ops, and accounting teams.

Moving to an FA III, my responsibilities have changed focus from my, more Treasury based functions.I am now going to be responsible for helping forecast Bookings, Revenue, Billings, and providing residual help with those I have transitioned the Cash forecasting scope to.I will also own all financial deliverable packages to ownership, the Board of Directors, and senior financial management. This consists of deliverables that are reviewing and understanding what has happened in the past for bookings, revenue, cash, and expense, whilst also delivering the message of what the future looks like.Lastly, I will own the forecasting of Forcepoint's Balance Sheet. This includes forecasting on a granular level of all categories (assets, liabilities, and equity). This will gain me experience of forecasting the company's financials from a comprehensive point of view.

My position lies in the Treasury Management and Corporate Reporting function. I manage the cash needs for all 20+ entities rolling up to Forcepoint LLC. I present proposals and recommend strategic plans of action to Director/VP/CFO level management on a bi-weekly basis. I produce analysis on AR and AP to drive the accounting teams to higher performance.I provide monthly forecasting for Forcepoint's international business to view our varying currency's exposures. I will then propose, and place hedges to VP/CFO level management to mitigate any risk that currency fluctuations will have through the month.I also represent all Forcepoint entities to all banking partners we operate with for all matters. Similar to banking, I also represent the company and its corporate insurance needs by making sure we satisfy any insurance coverage requirements via collaboration with legal departments.
