I lead the strategic Business Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture efforts.With global markets and data around the world, we are responsible to collect, warehouse, calculate, and publish data in near-time fashion. The exciting world of data visualization allows our team to partner with business units to visualize and use their actionable data and dashboards.As we continue to expand and grow, I have lead the strategic incorporation of cloud infrastructure (IaaS) in our global enterprise architecture. We have standardized internal systems and deployed our Global Website for standardization and growth in our foreign markets.

I lead strategic technical projects for conversion of our website to an enterprise-class website that drove online sales from 54% to 76% vs phone sales. In this process, we made a significant technological shift from Coldfusion to ASP .NET.Following the website conversion project, I lead the creation and stabilization of a Business Intelligence team, BI Architecture, and BI Strategy. Using SSRS, SSAS, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling, we enabled the business to access and view their data in a whole new way.

I lead the internal design, development, and support of all internal systems including: Intranet, CRM, Reporting, Fulfillment Center, and Billing.Intranet - We designed and developed a web application framework used to collaborate and collect company-specific tools into a single intranet location. We created roles and rights-based external access for employees and customers to collaborate on tools and reports from remote locations.CRM Implementation - I oversaw and completed a successful migration from Salesforce.com to Microsoft CRM 3.0 in three months.Reporting - We setup standardized SSRS reporting for access to data from a single location.Fulfillment Center - Designed, developed, and implemented a document delivery system that used web services to deliver documents to the DocuTech Fulfillment Center. Integrated directly with the UPS WorldShip software to automatically create a tracking order upon scanning a document package. Provided reporting capabilities to monitor the status of all document packages sent to the Fulfillment Center.Billing - Orchestrated the continual development, maintenance, reporting, and integrity of the company’s monthly billing and invoice system.

Database Interaction Model - Participated in the development of an object-oriented database interaction model for the EZ-NetTools custom MySQL database.Online Catalog Tools - Contributed to the design and development of a system that allowed users to setup and maintain an online catalog.eCommerce System - Maintained the eCommerce system used by EZ-NetTools web sites. The system interfaced with Authorize.Net to handle credit card transactions.Mass Email - Worked with the Systems Administrator to integrate with LDAP and allow end users to maintain up to 200 mass email accounts.
