I am a member of UNC's School of Education, pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Science. On campus, I am a member of Carolina Health Samaritan Society, The Bandana Project, and serve as the Greek Groove Dance Captain for Kappa Delta. I volunteered in the UNC Medical Center Women's Hospital Newborn Critical Care Unit. Additionally, I am currently interning at UNC Hospitals Hillsborough Campus Rehab Center under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy Manager.Outside of my academics, I chase adventure. I fell in love with the outdoors at a young age and have continued to challenge myself with many new experiences from skiing, hiking, camping, climbing, etc. Working for Moondance Adventures the past two summers, leading international leadership trips for high school students, has given me the unique opportunity to combine my passion for outdoor adventure with my desire to work with others. I am always excited to explore new opportunities, develop long lasting relationships with those around me, and continue to grow as a result.
