In this position I coordinated the rental fleet of 14 J-22 boats and lessons for the largest public sailing center in New England. This position focused on customer service both on the phone and in person. A large part of the job was daily marketing thru membership sales on the benefits of supporting Sail Newport. I also supported the administration by streamlining the membership data base in Quickbooks and collaborating on the apparel website. Sail Newport hosts many premier local and national sailing events and I would often assist on logistics at these events throughout the summer months.

I managed the day long children program called "Kids Care" at a mid sized mountain in Vermont often recognized in the industry for it's quality children programming. This position involved registration and rental of ski and snowboard equipment, coordinating the lunch program for all participants , liaison with ski and snowboard instructors. I was certified as a Ski and Snowboard technician to ensure the proper fitting of equipment to meet industry safety standards. During staff shortages I would fill in as a Ski or Snowboard instructor or work in general mountain rental department.
