Recruiting and employment coordination for all departments, daily consultation with management and executive members to ensure departments have the proper staffing required to operate at the most efficient levels, new hire orientation, new hire paper work, data entry, WOTC and I9 administration, assisting with team member relations, translating, administration and implementation of company policies and procedures, assisting with safety, payroll, benefits, leaves, coaching, evaluations, and all other duties as assigned.
