Worked as a versatile member of the IT department for an independently owned top 10 Candy Distribution center in the nation. My daily duties consisted of monitoring and controlling the company's progress for our automated employee Information Security training, assisting our IT help-desk whether that be with Tickets we get or helping with a personal request. I also spent a lot of time during our implementation phase adding DuoMobile and Cisco AnyConnect to our employee's phones/computers..Lastly, I spent a lot of time shadowing our SysAdmin using software related to our Cloud Data recovery software (Veeam, iLand, Exagrid), and our Malware defense system (SentinelOne) and EOP systems. My Co-op long project consisted of helping create our company's stand-alone CyberSecurity policy tailored to our business needs, Using ISO 272001-02 as our framework and guide.

Worked inside the Pro-Shop to make sure the golfers paid appropriately and checked in okay. Monitored the course to make sure the golfers were having a smooth experience every time they came to golf.
