As Product Manager I am the interface between our customers, solution partners and our development team to help drive the company vision through our product ConnectWise Sell. With integrations across five different CRMs and over thirteen different distributors my role requires a strong understanding of different APIs, security standards, and regulatory changes so we can deliver a reliable quoting solution that our partners can trust.

As a senior member of the Sales Engineering Team I help demonstrate our product suite’s benefit to customers and aid in the closing of the technical sale, particularly for larger and more complicated deals. With advanced product and industry knowledge, I help drive revenue through multiple stages of the technical sales process via product demonstrations, proof of concept implementation and pre-sales consultation. Responsible for architecting and maintaining of team lab and demonstration environments to ensure the technology is positioned to most effectively represent our suite of software. • Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging based on technology and industry trends.

Quotes, Statements of Work and Proposals should be an asset to the sales cycle and not an afterthought. Quosal allows sales professionals to create timely, accurate and attractive quotes and proposals, with up-to-the-minute pricing, product specifications, product media and more. With Quosal quotes and proposals are delivered as personalized web pages that allow reps to inject personalized videos. Timing plays such an important role in the sales cycle, so having a tool with a simple quote workflow and features that can notify the rep when the customer accesses and interacts with the quote results in shorter sales cycles and higher close rates.

Responsible for managing and building the Professional Services Team to provide the best possible training experience and customer service for our customers. I take pride in utilizing my technical skills to create new and innovative customizations to meet unique customer needs as well as designing and configuring integrations with other third party solutions.

I have implemented billing and clinical solutions in 50+ hospice locations all across the country. My time at Mills and Murphy has also included the management and development of implementation and development staff which provides the hospice industry's best comprehensive software solution.
