● Facilitate the preparation of paper-based peer reviews by independent, credentialed physicians to establish expert opinions regarding the appropriateness of care, medical necessity, and related issues.● Coordinate different types of reviews, including prospective, medical-legal, appeal, and peer-to-peer reviews, matching the appropriate expert to each case. ● Oversee the production of final review reports that are customized to meet state-specific content requirements and adhere to specified turnaround times.● Continuously monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and requirements, making necessary adjustments to processes and procedures as needed.● Implement quality assurance measures to maintain superior quality services in line with industry standards.
