Architect and lead developer of The Kitchen Showcase Portal using ASP.Net MVC Core 1.x and 2.x, Visual C#, jQuery, and SQL Server stored procedures, utilizing the bootstrap client front-end responsive framework. Leveraged Azure web hosting, Azure SQL Storage, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Service Bus. Internal network Windows service hosts Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Azure Service Bus to provide a set of RESTful web services which Portal utilizes to access internal network corporate database without opening or exposing any ports in firewall. Built several Windows Console applications utilizing Windows Task Scheduler to manage daily uploading of PDF generated architectural drawings and to download and store photos uploaded to website by contract cabinet installers and sales people to track actual work performed and completed. Incorporates order processing matching purchase orders and invoices, scheduling, and order payment fulfillment. Completed orders are reviewed and approved or rejected by individual sales personnel, with overall monitoring and control of order completion processing and payment managed by front / back office. Has been a huge success for internal company personnel and external contractors to allow for easy order scheduling, order completion, and order history. Also, as manager of the IT department, responsibilities include a team of three direct reports, one developer and two contractors. Other duties include overall management of the internal network, servers, workstations, mobile devices, software, and provide technical support to employees and contract cabinet installers. Support proprietary legacy sales quote and purchasing software. Developed sync software between our proprietary software and multi-user Sage 50 US Accounting software application to automatically add new customers, vendors, and invoices into Sage using Sage 50 API.

Architect / Developer built high performance eCommerce website using ASP.Net MVC 5, Visual C#, jQuery, and SQL Server. Designed and built back-end database, business middle tier, and Web front end website hosted on Microsoft Windows Azure platform. Developed core website functionality and released minimal viable product (MVP) within one month and completed the base website functionality successfully within four months.

Accomplishments: As technical project manager and liaison between Marketing G2 and major newspaper client, helped managed site redesign and rolling out new functional features for twelve well know newspaper properties across the United States. As liaison work closely with the core newspaper product team and Marketing G2s development team and quality assurance team. Marketing G2 provides a variety of web and mobile based concierge services for the newspaper industry tailored to meet the needs and wants of the client and ultimately their customers. A large part of the responsibilities include keeping the development team on schedule, making sure the work is tested, and functions as client expects, triaging the priority of tasks based on input from the product and development teams. Scheduled and developed detailed internal and external project deployment plans based on a series of defined and agreed upon set of client roadmap deliverable dates spanning a period of one to three months. Accomplishments: Nuvo Software is a small software company that creates and markets mobile software applications for the Google Android, Apple iTunes, and Windows Phone platform. Developed the website using the Microsoft MVC 4 and Web API development technologies, hosted on the Azure hosting platform. Successfully built a number of unique mobile applications for the Google Android, Apple iTunes, and Microsoft Windows Phone platforms.

Worked close with Marketing to help define and implement continuously new and refined business functionality, to increase customer needs and wants, providing on-line, print and in-store coupons to help customers save money, earn cash back, and in turn, consistently increase revenue for shopathome.com.
