As the Managing Director and Global Head of Collaborative Services at State Street, I lead and manage a highly technical team of over 100 individuals focused on State Street’s UCM platforms. With more than 20 years of experience in building collaboration environments, I am an expert in unified communication and collaboration (UCC) technologies, such as Microsoft O365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and WebEx.I am passionate about delivering a frictionless and delightful colleague experience by integrating our services with the entire communications and collaboration portfolio of services. I also drive transformational initiatives to assist with modernization, security, and risk excellence in a highly regulated environment.
