As the Chief of Compliace and Head of Portfolio Management at AXS Investments & Tradr ETFs, I oversee the investments and compliance for a family of mutual funds and ETFs with over $1.2B in assets under management. I hold the Series 3 commodities and futures license and am registered as a swaps associated person with the NFA. I have over ten years of experience in designing, testing, and implementing quantitative equity models and hedging strategies for clients and alternative funds. I currently employ these strategies in three discretionary mutual funds (AXS Dynamic Opportunity, AXS Tactical Income and AXS Market Neutral).In addition, one of my missions as Portfolio Manager is to track indexes with minimal tracking error . I currently manage two index tracking funds (AXS FTSE Venture Capital, AXS Adaptive Plus).While managing each of these funds and in my role as Chief Compliance Officer, I ensure that all AXS ETFs and mutual funds comply with the '40 Act and meet other regulatory requirements.I have been recognized with several awards for my fund performance, including the Barclay Hedge Performance Award in 2022 and the Lipper Awards in 2018 and 2019. I also manage all aspects of fund operations, administration, and trading, and sit on all of the AXS management committees. I bring to this role my background as a former lawyer and Series 65 investment advisor representative.
