As one of the founding members of Zovida, and the acting Director of Technology, I oversee and outline technical direction for projects - from concept to completion. If we need to develop a new website, I figure out the details and build a team of experts to stay on budget and on time.Integrating e-learning modules with different learning management platforms is a big portion of my day. Accomplishing this requires me to develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as contractors. Each project is unique with it's own set of challenges and it's my job to make certain we can live up to our promises.Over the course of a project, I direct and produce high definition video and digital audio voiceover to make sure our end product meets our high standards and wows the client. At Zovida, I developed the technical quality standards we expect from our contractors.When any type of a technological decision needs to be made, I make the final call on what direction we take.
