Elena is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for SAP’s procurement, supply chain and travel SaaS technology including SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur for Middle & Eastern Europe responsible for creating value for customers and partners, leading the end-to-end customer success organization and accelerating growth. She is also the Founder of Impact Ukraine, a non-for profit organisation helping to rebuild Ukraine through “Source from Ukraine”, micro-financing and direct project funding. Over the past years, Elena has been responsible for driving business growth with P&L responsibility, designing & implementing go-to-market strategies and orchestrating digital business transformation for value creation. Elena has built and led high performing multinational diverse teams. Her previous mandates included amongst others the digital transformation of sales & marketing to deliver on value creation for private equity portfolio companies resulting in a successful private equity exit. Elena holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and she also completed several executive education programs on digital strategy, innovation, and board leadership.
