I am currently serving as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer within the Air Force Special Warfare Community. As a leader within the community, I have had the privilege of leading and mentoring teams, varying from small groups to units of up to 100 members spanning seven countries. I have been at the helm of projects with budgets in the multi-million-dollar range, efficiently managing resources while ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope. In addition, my leadership role extends into the entrepreneurial realm as the owner of Fischer Pack, where I apply my skills to managing a small business.Parallel to my military service, I was a CrossFit coach for three years. This concurrent role, fueled by my personal passion for physical fitness, allowed me to instill discipline, resilience, and team spirit in others—values that echo profoundly within and beyond the gym walls.My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics from Western Kentucky University. These formal qualifications, combined with my hands-on experience, have stirred a deep interest in artificial intelligence—an area I've grown proficient in and am fervent about.Looking ahead, I aim to bring my leadership experience from the military, expertise in artificial intelligence, and my entrepreneurial spirit into a dynamic role that drives organizational success and promotes continuous personal and professional growth.
