Hi! I'm Parker, and I am a proactive engineer with a passion for root cause analysis, problem-solving, and optimization. In my current position, I have been able to investigate a variety of failure modes that occur while testing undersea weapons systems for the U.S. Navy. With my attention to detail, I have been able to close unsolved investigations dating back a decade. In my former roles, I was able to experience many industry-preparatory opportunities, from preparing budgetary reports to fluid simulations, to manufacturing design and analysis. In addition, it gave opportunities to lead projects, collaborate with other engineers and contractors, as well as countless interpersonal skills. Through my years of school, I have been able to participate in leadership opportunities, team collaboration, and many personal product development projects. I have extensive training in CAD software, which includes SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and CATIA. I am also trained in performing data analysis with MATLAB and finite element analysis.I have received certifications in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Risk Management, Advanced Office Excel, and Python Data Analysis. I have a passion for learning and am excited to continually increase my technical capabilities and knowledge.
