Performed 100% Visual Inspection for the first run of a newly installed Swiss machine, to locate, record, and sort all defects and damage on the machined parts. Inspection results were reported to the Quality Team, and used to determine improvements in production process, as well as certify the newly installed machine for the customer.

Performed quality inspection for parts both received globally and produced in-house.
