Stream is an entrepreneurial CRE brokerage firm with national scale. I was fortunate to be a part of Stream-Charlotte’s growth from a 2-man startup into an established leasing and investment firm. Learned how to identify and acquire value-add real estate opportunities. Led or participated in four office acquisitions totaling $125M.

At the time, CBRE was the largest brokerage firm in Charlotte, the US, and the world. It took a couple years, but after finding my niche in the office group, I learned how to effectively represent office landlords and tenants in the leasing process. Completed an average of 30+ leases annually. Managed a portfolio of 125 leased locations for a national insurance company.

Trammell Crow Company was considered the best place to get an education in the commercial real estate business. Enjoyed my brief stint as a junior broker. Six months in, we were acquired by CBRE.
