With over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in team management, employee training, recruiting, customer service, food safety, and quality control. I have successfully led and supervised the front of house operations at Vasili's Restaurant, and I have also worked at a host of other customer service based institutions, where I worked on developing teams and processes to accelerate and enhance our working experience.I am passionate about applying the insights from psychology and economics to understand and influence human behavior and decision-making. I just recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz, and I have completed an exchange program at Freie Universität Berlin, where I studied advanced topics in behavioral economics and experimental methods. I have received the Dean's Honors award every year for my academic excellence and performance. I am eager to explore opportunities that will allow me to use my knowledge and skills to contribute to the fields of economics and psychology to make a positive impact on society.
