- Rack and Stack, Parts Management and Server analysis/repair Power module (PDU/UPS) installation and repair.- Monitor and configure ServiceNow ticketing system while resolving incidents based on priority.- Configure and maintain Cisco/Dell routers and switches (IP addressing, port configuration, module upgrades, etc.)- Utilize OTDR, Visual Fault locators and Power meters to quickly and efficiently locate network/fiber fault locations.- Experience diagnosing and differentiating between fiber breaks, macrobends and dirty fiber.- Complex cabling runs involving Cat5/5e/6, SM/MM Fiber (SC, ST, LC, MU) while maintaining professional labeling and cable management procedures.- Industry standard fiber cleaning.- Adherence to and knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and standards.- Detailed hands on and/or Linux based diagnosis of server hardware failure such as DIMM, CPU, HD, SSD and more.- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V and KVM technology.
