- Develop various deliverables, manage individual and group projects, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports, presentations, and communications- Support an environment that fosters teamwork, effective communication, responsiveness, and customer service- Engage leadership at varying levels of the organization with project support, maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality- Lead the development of project management plans and reporting- Coordinate meetings, facilitate presentations, and capture accurate notes as needed- Assist in the development of support tools for special projects utilizing G-Suite applications

- Foster and develop a community amongst 23 residents, counseled and advised upperclassman sorority students on academic and personal questions and concerns.- Execute administrative duties: program budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, on-call reports, and room transfers and switches.

- Greet and provide detailed information to prospective students and parents about Valparaiso University’s campus and its resources.- Conduct personalized tours specializing in specific majors and interests for the student.- Assist with outreach tasks such as phoning and providing admittance congratulatory videos.

- Oversee logistical details before, during, and following June and August FOCUS events, August Welcome Week- Facilitate small and large group sessions for new students and families during orientation sessions- Project a caring, concerned, and approachable demeanor in order to facilitate communication and establish positive public relations with incoming students and their families- Serve as a positive role model and mentor to incoming students and as a positive ambassador of the university for families of incoming students via all forms of oral, written, and digital communication

- Foster and develop a community amongst 26 residents, counseled and advised first-year students on academic and personal questions and concerns. Planned and implemented 4 unique programs for residence hall per semester- Execute administrative duties: program budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, on-call reports, and room transfers and switches.- Recognized for outstanding achievement and awarded MVP Resident Assistant for Fall 2021 semester.
