At Elevation Nation, we are on a mission to help young adults activate 'mental fortitude' to conquer the real world. Twice a week we write, produce, and record The Elevation Nation Podcast where we talk about topics that impact young adults in the real world. As of October 2024, we have released 350 episodes since the launch of the podcast in October 2020. In addition to the podcast, we have created an interactive workbook for young adults, produce content on Instagram and TikTok and participant in various speaking engagements, all focused around our mission. Formerly called Hired-U until a pivot in February 2020, we focused on giving students the competitive edge needed to stand out in the internship and job search market. By developing a 16 lesson online course made up of videos, exercises, worksheets, and homework, students were able to engage in both interactive and on-demand programs. Interned with the digital advertising team to gain knowledge about the industry and how to use data analytics to improve digital marketing campaign performance. I researched "net neutrality" and presented to the team about the potential impact of current and future government policies on the digital advertising industry.

As a student at the University of Maryland, I helped EnvoyNow, a student to student food delivery start-up, expand to College Park. In my role, I oversaw daily operations including managing 25 drivers and an average of 175 orders per week. Our team at UMD grew the amount of users of the app on campus to 2,000 people through social media and on campus marketing campaigns. Additionally, our team placed 2nd in a University of Maryland sponsored pitch competition.

Initially began as a general counselor and was promoted to Head Counselor for the summer of 2016 where I supervised 35 staff members and 160 campers at a 7-week sleep away summer camp. Responsibilities included training staff, planning and implementing day to day logistics, and ensuring camper safety.
