As a Client Experience Team member, my job is to make sure that patients experience a smooth process when booking their appointments. My team members and I communicate with numerous insurance providers to follow up with patients' treatment plans and work with adjusters and case managers to ensure the best patient care. In addition to communication with insurance providers, we are also responsible for operations within the clinic itself to run smoothly - i.e. patient inquiries, ICBC/WSBC cases.

By utilizing transition metal catalysts, my project focuses on developing an efficient method to create carbon-heteroatom bonds that are commonly found in medicinal chemistry, agrochemistry, and biology.

Center For Tutoring And Academic Excellence

As a one-on-one tutor, I serve as a tutor for general chemistry and introductory statistics courses. As a supplemental instructor, I collaborate with the course professor to communicate course concerns and recommend any changes that I think would be necessary for the success of the students for following semesters.
