The Cypress Group provides investment banking and advisory services to multi-unit restaurant companies.I offered investment banking services ranging from sell-side M&A advisory to implementing and managing a broad-based restructuring program for a significant portion of the franchisee base of a top 15 QSR franchisor.

Hired by two clients for financial modeling and research purposes as a direct report to CFO and CEO. For one client, I supported the CEO and CFO in an ~$100mm sale of the business to a strategic acquirer (marketing, due diligence).
