I provided my two years of service from the ages 19-21, receiving no pay, but rather paying for the entire experience. I lived in over 10 cities/towns during my time there, I was selected as one of two mission leaders to lead a group of 200+ other missionaries my age. I also fluently learned Portuguese while I was there. I have now been studying and mastering the language of Spanish.📸 Photography: I am a digital photographer specializing in 3D imaging and virtual tour photography. Currently I work as the assistant to a top Sales Associate/Real Estate Agent from the office of RE/MAX Landan. My job is to prepare all of the necessary forms such as agency forms & listing contracts for the clients and agent I work for to sign. I prepare and completely fill out all the home listings to be reviewed by the agent I work for prior to the listings being put on the market. I collect keys and set up lock boxes on properties for sale, as well as take off the lockboxes once the house is sold. When a house is sold I am responsible for collecting the keys, filling out a key release form, and submitting both the keys and the form to the RE/MAX Landan office for the buying Realtor to pick up for their clients. I also provide exterior photos for every listing. I also submit all the signed forms and essential documents via Webforms, and online Real Estate platform for organizing forms. Other miscellaneous tasks I perform include delivery & pick up of random items or forms and setting up for sale signs & putting sold stickers on signs. I also manage the social media page for the Real Estate Agent that I work for. I do many other miscellaneous tasks for him as well. -

I am included in on calls with the head of the company to discuss business ideas and promotion concepts. My job is to provide the best quality 3D tours/Virtual tours of properties going up for sale, office spaces, google maps, and retail stores. From these 3D tours I am able to pull & select high quality photos of the scanned space, therefore I am the one responsible for providing photos. Additionally, from the 3D scan I am responsible for providing measurements and floor plans. I have been providing these scans all throughout Calgary and neighboring cities/towns (Airdrie, Olds, and Okotoks). Some jobs will require prior planning as at times I have been needed to travel to Edmonton and Lethbridge. I had previously worked for visit since the beginning of 2017, so once I returned home from Portugal in 2019 I picked back up where I left off. I am also looked upon to provide leads or encounter new clients for the business.

A work week consisted of days ranging from 8-12hours long, from Monday-Friday. This job required a flexible schedule as week long work trips out to Saskatchewan, or northern/southern Alberta were frequently necessary. Working this job I was also required to work in the company shop some days, cutting metal, or loading shelves by stacking metal pieces, and screening rolls.
