Transforming retail processes, increasing efficiencies and saving them money!

Delivering business critical projects from start to completion, including liaising with all streams of the business, implementing roll out, training and ensuring compliance to deliver the project on time and to budget. Reviewing all processes and functions to streamline, drive efficiencies and achieve cost savings and improve productivity across retailBusiness projects including an Order Management System which has leveraged store stock whilst improving the click and collect offer to customers. Also other key digital improvements include introduction of contactless and PCI compliant chip and pin machines, iPads across the estate with bespoke software, introduction of Hand held scanners for pricing, replenishment and productivity improvements. Removal of legacy systems and processes.

As Store Manager of a 9500sqft, 2.6million pound multi floor turnover store. This store was Mothercare's landmark store, featuring the latest product, the widest range, premium shop fit. All to deliver the best customer service experience.its my responsibilty lead, inspire and motivate the whole team, ensuring our store is the best it can be. Project Manager responsible for 31 stores, delivering company branded seasonal launch plans. Ensuring maximum profitable layouts, liaising closely with Head Office, and delivering consistent and high standard of operational and visual excution.

During my time as Assistant Manager I worked at Aintree store 5million turnover store and Manchester 5.5million turnover store. I was responsible for keeping the store looking as gleaming with the products within, and merchandising stock to maximize sales and create strong visual impact. Worked closely with store manager and assist them about planning and management. Also training advisors and most importantly driving sales targets!

As project manager for refits within Mothercare I was responsible from shopfit handover to opening day. Pre planning would include space planning, ranging, team building, co-ordinating different business streams for delivery of project. Once handover of shopfit the project would become hands on, co-ordinating big teams, large deliveries and tight timescales. Also ensure 100% snagging completed by laising with suppliers. As with any fixed time project I was responsible for delivering the project on time regardless of an issue that might arise.

Responsible for all visual commincations to 230 plus stores for the Toys division. Also co-ordinating across all business streams visual/seasonal launches. Supporting new store openings and company projects. Working closely with Buyers to ensure products are packaged and displayed to their best in the store enviroment to maximise sales.
