• Acquisition of new sub-brokers.• Managing branch Services of B2B and authorized to assess sub-brokers performance.• Motivating sub-brokers for business in term of Turnover , Kyc & Mutual Funds.• Provide training of software applications to the team to train Sub-Brokers. • Maintaining Sub-Broker relationship by communicating seamlessly and meeting with them.• Analysis of daily MIS with respect to net collection to the business and report the same to the central Support office on daily basis.• Assessing the potential of customers to increase their business in term of revenue.• Review of sub-brokers daily turnover & activation of clients.• Review of collection report on a daily basis and verifying it with the risk management file.• Create awareness of Back office, RMS software and to educate them through video demo, presentations etc.• Become one point contact for all sub brokers and their client for any queries.

• Managing branch operations (B2B) and authorized to assess sub-brokers performance & fix sub-brokers limit.• Managing and mitigating risk of shares held by sub brokers and its clients.• Assigning limits to sub-broker terminal and its HNI clients.• Assessing the potential of customers on increase in credit limit basis MIS and report the same to management.• Review of sub-brokers projected risk and pure risk before releasing monthly brokerage.• Review and analysis of sub-brokers & its clients credit limit and set parameter every week.• Resolve critical rejections like dealing in huge quantities of shares & execute order on time.• Review of collection report on a daily basis and verifying it with the risk management file.• Handling various DP and DEMAT related queries of Sub-broker’s and its clients.• Create awareness of Back office and RMS software and educate them vide demo, presentations etc.• Become one point contact for all sub brokers and their client for any queries.
