Currently assisting Information Technology, Electronics & Communication (IT,E&C) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) with the following key initiatives:-Operational Strategy for IT,E&C dept.-Policy development for GoAP on Industry 4.0 technologies-Investor Promotions & Facilitation for electronics and IT sector-Strategy implementation fro driving key departmental schemes/ initiatives-Project Management for multi functional societies of IT,E&C Dept.-PMU for Andhra Pradesh Space Application Center (APSAC)Assisted Telangana state power utilities on the following initiatives:Strategy:- Conceptualization and implementation of Automated Demand Response (ADR) program for Telangana DISCOMs to help attain grid stability under emergency events and thereby reducing contingency power purchase costCustomer Support:- Design and development of HT smart bill Assisted Andhra Pradesh Power Utilities between July 2017 to May 2018 for the following works Strategy:- Improving New customer acquisition time- Digitization of consumer touch points- Improving customer service and satisfaction as a part of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) policy- Energy efficiency measures for state utilities & their customers- Developing road map for of Electric vehicles as a new business opportunity for state utilitiesRegulatory:- Handling responses for state power regulation committee- Assisting in filing Aggregate revenue requirement (ARR) for state DISCOMs

Conducted field research at zonal level (Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh) to identify barriers to adoption for channel partners (distribution network) for NC category products for Dr. FIXIT ( construction chemicals) and recommended changes to existing sales & marketing strategy leading to improved dealer/distributor confidence in product market.
