Revenues Officer
Current- Currently I work with the Court and Enforcement Team as a Revenues Officer. My role is to support the Court and Enforcement Officers. My role is based around the Council Tax & Administration Regulations 1992. This is.
- I conduct searches and use my analytical skills to see if there are any cases out of jurisdiction e.g. If anyone has moved abroad or outside of England and Wales. If there are cases with Executors and any cases of.
- Do work on the enforcement agent vetting spreadsheet and send any cases over to the bailiff’s that need to be refereed as the next recovery action.
- I work on attachment of benefit cases for customers on benefits and the liability order granted by magistrates. Balances for DWP and attachment of benefit have to be correct.
- Attachment of Earnings I check these to see if they are being checked properly.
- Attend court and liability order process takes place in the court. I create court surgeries and book the court out to invite clients and interview them at court to discuss their accounts in detail, and to see if there.
