Projects:• New installs and upgrades for on-prem environments.• Migrating SITS environments from Windows 2016 and older to Windows 2019/2022.• OS Experience: Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris.• TechStack upgrades/installs involving Uniface, Apache, Tomcat and Java.- Installation testing of core products and undertaking an active role in the testing process on behalf of customers.- Providing guidance & support to colleagues both within team and across the wider business.- Documenting all consultancy work provided to the customer.

Projects:• New installs/upgrades on hosted/on-prem environments.• Migrating environments from On-Prem to Hosted• OS Experience: Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris.• TechStack upgrades/installs involving Apache, Tomcat and Java.Infrastructure:• Server management to ensure consistent up-time, carry out O/S Patches, Managing Disk Space alerts and Migrations• Tools used; Logic Monitor and Nimsoft• Updating and/or applying SSL Certs.Service Improvement:• Implementing shell scripts and batch scripts to assist with delivery of software.• Creating and maintaining documentation for wider team knowledge.

- Directly managing a team of 9 analysts within a wider team of 36.- Identifying necessary Attendance/Performance improvement plans. - Maintaining customer relationships through weekly conference calls and escalations from the customer throughout the week. - Managing analyst probation through constant attention as well as 3/6 month review meetings.- Managing Probation passes, extensions, and failures.- Performance managing analysts following successful completion of probation as well as managing team members on a PFS (Plan for Success).- Training team on: O365, Active Directory, PowerShell, CMD, Windows.
