Run Report in Workday to check the data discrepancy and make the corrections. Process and update Data in Human Resource systems and tracking tools like SAP & Workday. Creating Employee ID’s by processing events like hire, rehire, transfer & position change in Workday. Updating existing Positions in Cost Centers, position details, compensation changes, Organizational unit changes etc. Update employee Taxes in SAP and calculate the basic salary and deduction. Update the Non-benefit deduction in SAP. Prepare the Year end activity and update the system to match the balance sheet. Executes the process accurately and timely as hands on Workday Application.
