Responsibilities and Achievements:• Appointment of Dealer-Distributor & Retailer• Monitoring market and assigned dealers performance• Forecasting Business Plan & Target achievement month on month basis• Preparing Competition analysis & creating Consumer information data base • Managing stock levels & controlling over robust Supply chain management • Product placement & Trade promotion in lieu of new market acquisition & strong brand visibility. • Providing product training to Canvasser & Channel partner • Evaluating & developing general dealers to premium outlets• Strategies trade offer & Consumer schemes. • Aligning with respective Key Accounts partner for new business acquisition
