-Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, plant safety guidelines and other established procedures during the manufacturing process to produce quality product-Adopt and maintain a team work attitude to effectively and efficiently manage production needs within the Commercial Filling Department-Prepare and document processing labels, reject labels, and lot boards accordingly with current batch number and material number- Open room using eUL software and place all processing labels, reject labels, and lot boards in appropriate location for inspection team -Perform Light meter of all Inspection stations insuring readings meet the required limits.-Recieve product from filling department and document date/time recieved on FN268 and processing ticket-Perform informal reconciliation ensuring quantity documented per Filling department matches physical count.-Perform Line Clearance ensuring all permintinent information are attached to ticket, and all pending discrepancy allow for further processing-Sublot larger quantity lots into smaller sublots ensuring all sublots are under the 24 hour max ambient time-Perform manual vial inspection following proper techiques per SOP's and reject any critical, major, and minor defects-Perform QC sampling as required per SOP and send samples to QC for testing.-Use LIMS software to enter and manage samples sent to QC Laboratory-Document all defects on ticket ensuring total defect percentage is within the appropriate limit and enter results into online data base.-Perform informal reconciliation among completion of inspection and document final reconciliation on ticket-Confirm delivery with Final product and enter correct data to be sent into SAP software-Document appropriate FN's correctly matching the quantity, batch number, and g-code to product and deliver to final product-Represent 5s team ensuring all sub-zones areas assigned are appropriately stock and organize accordingly meeting standards and lean production
