This project is using Scrum Methology under Agile umbrella.Responsibilities:• Understanding & analyzing COBOL codes to understand existing Mainframes systems.• Having meetings with Business users to finalize requirements.• Creation of User Stories for developers.• Creating Technical Design Documents for developers.• Coding using Angular, Spring, Java, PL/SQL, Informatica and Unix.• Testing the changes to make sure that changes match requirement.• Giving demo to business users.

Project Details: Cummins was undergoing transition from old MES system to Flexnet Appriso MES. Responsibilities:• Understanding & analysing the existing functionalities of current MES system and document AS-IS process.• Having meeting with users to convert AS-IS into CDD(Conceptual Design Documents) for corresponding processes in new MES system which will serve as requirements for new MES.• Implementing patches/packages in UAT and help users with UAT.• Having discussions with project team to decide implementation approach to minimize risk. To decide phased or one go approach. • Training users on new system.

Project Details: RMEP Cummins: This project involves Enhancement and Maintenance of MES application and Reporting Application. Responsibilities• Understanding & analysing the functionalities and modifications to the existing business logic as per customer specifications.• Analysing the requirements to check feasibility and impact on existing system.• Creating the design for new projects or changes to existing functionalities.• Coordination with offshore team and pass the design documents to them.• Reviewing the codes and doing testing.• Having meeting with clients for User Acceptance Testing.• Providing production support.• Analysing and suggesting improvements to existing business processes.

Project Details;Dow Chemical: This project involved Enhancement and Maintenance of Purchasing and Inventory Management Application. Responsibilities • Writing Technical Documents & regular Design Documents• Coding & Testing based on technical specifications to add new functionalities or for modifying existing business logic• Coordination with onsite team, viz. Business Functionality discussions with client• Resolving production problems and handling user complaints
