KEY RESULT AREAS - EPC PROJECTS • Spearheaded EPC projects of power transmission lines construction including route alignment, detail survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, testing & commissioning and hand over to client.• Developed, implemented, & evaluated business plan in line with AOP to meet profit objectives and contributed in P&L by controlling bottom-line.• Implemented project management and updated higher management on progress & status of project during the course of periodic project review meetings. Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies and assessment of project requirements.• Ensuring construction activities at site as per approved designs, technical specifications and field quality plan, managed and leading site team, allocation of tasks & resources among them as per skill sets. Engaged in taking approval of survey, detail design, construction material, LOA amendment from client.• Arranging and deploying potential subcontractors, vendors, manpower and resources at site. Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 350 Km, 750 KV S/C Rivne (NPP) – Kyiv (SS) Power Transmission Line in Ukraine (Eastern Europe) worth INR 1000 crores, funded by European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, London.KEY RESULT AREAS - INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS • Accountable for independently execution of more than 120 Km section of transmission line including survey, foundations, erection, stringing and testing & commissioning of project, monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise output. • Managed and led a team of supervisors, field engineers, surveyors including in-house, external contractors & sub-contractors, attending progress review meeting with client, consultant, contractors and stake holders.• Coordination with client for joint measurements of works and approval of detail engineering drawings. Participating and leading joint site inspections conducted by client, consultants & funding institutions etc. • Developing project baselines: monitoring & controlling project with respect to cost, resources, deployment, time overruns, safety & quality compliances, successfully completion of project before scheduled completion. • Preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports on engineering, procurement & construction activities.
