With over 16 years of extensive experience in Media Post Production, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Customer Service, I currently serve as the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗚 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗼 (𝟯𝗗), an Academy Award-winning studio known for its cutting-edge work in VFX, Stereo (3D Conversion), and Animation for major motion pictures and television.In my role, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Production Crew at the department level, as well as manage Show Production Teams in India across multiple projects. My core responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of business deliveries across all Stereo teams. This includes designing, refining, and implementing optimized production workflows and project delivery strategies to ensure efficiency and excellence at every step.I provide 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗼-𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, ensuring that we meet our high standards while also effectively managing costs, performance, and timely deliveries. Working closely with Show Producers and Department Managers, I collaborate to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional results, all while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and the well-being of our employees.Throughout my career, I’ve been integral in various studio builds, from department setup to team assembly, and I take great pride in enhancing skill capacities within the business through thoughtful hiring, training, and talent development initiatives.What fuels my passion is the art of problem-solving and the creation of effective solutions.
