Member of the management team in the EPSI Rating group.Svenskt Kvalitetsindex is a leading company within research and rating of nonfinancial performance indicators such as customer and employee satisfaction. Svenskt Kvalitetsindex continuously publish aggregated results from research and findings.As the Managing Director, my goal is to help companies (public and private) gain relevant insight into their customers’ expectations, perceived quality and value for money. During one year I present complex material to than 50 companies on CXO level to help them with non-financial insight with actionable recommendations. Today, Svenskt Kvalitetsindex is a trusted and recognized rating agency for customer satisfaction in many industries in Sweden, including banking, insurance and telecom. There were more than 5000 references to Svenskt Kvalitetsindex in Sweden in 2016.

Responsible for the research and methodological development. During these years I developed the analysis system that the EPSI Rating Group are using (even to day) for model analysis on stakeholder insights.
