The portfolio consisted of (250+ personnel) working in 4 continents - North America, South America, South Asia, and Asia - with a $20 million budget.Key Responsibilities for the following verticals: Law Enforcement, Public Transport, and Waste Departments Managed: SW Development (Web-based system development for evidence collection and management), HW and Embedded SW Development (mobile cameras and recorders), QA, Cloud Engineering, FinOps, and Cyber Security Compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, others).

I led the company pivot into 3D printing through research and approval of industrial 3D printer manufacturers from across the world.Planned the team's recruitment to manage the full development cycle from design to production and collaborated with the development team to integrate blockchain technologies with 3D printing platforms.2015 – 2017: Position: CTOI re-built the Canadian development team to meet the standards expected from a new public company. This involved setting up policies and procedures that would provide consistent results in new feature developments. I also set up and managed software development teams in India, Australia and Ukraine. From conception to full operational mode, I built this private company, incorporating new technology for a unique application. I created this first kind, robotized commercial safe deposit box system by partnering with a world leader company, Gunnebo Group, a Germany-based supplier of vault system for banks worldwide. By researching international markets and trends, I built financial models based on my business and marketing plans. Where my expertise was weak, I hired third party teams to work with me, like brand building, web presence and internet marketing campaigns. The Company was nominated for the Business Innovation Award by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and was featured by BIV, Global TV and Omni TV.

2011 – 2012: Position: CEOEconveyance is the most widely used conveyancing system by lawyers and solicitors in British Columbia. I expanded the company's presence into the Alberta market by designing the company’s flagship econveyance product for the Alberta legal system. In 2017 the company was valued at $120 million.I closed a private placement of $1.1 million to fund the entry into the Alberta jurisdiction and develop Ontario's system. In the process, I realigned the company to become more sales focused through key hires and created the BC center of excellence with key law firms and notary offices. I also led numerous negotiations with companies interested in partnering with the Company or evaluating an outright purchase. 2004 – 2011: Position: COO & CTOIn this dual responsibility, I oversaw the daily operations and technology development roadmap for the corporation. I created the SaaS development team, brought all development efforts in-house, and worked closely with the CEO to secure $8 million after our RTO in October 2006. I designed and initiated the internal pay-per-use financial system incorporating customer pre-paid accounts saving the company over $250K per year in commission fees.In 2008 the company was recognized as the Fastest Growing Company and again in the top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in BC in 2010 by Business in Vancouver.

I provided technical solutions for application enquiries from around the world via the international Alpha Group. This involved creating technical specifications and establishing relationships with key customers.I was part of the newly created center of excellence for UPS systems that worked with global customers to meet contractual obligations and co-ordinate customer feedback to improve product performance.2000 – 2003: Position: Program Manager, Offshore, Sun RTS, Sun NGR and Novus 300 I led four major design and supply programs in 3 years. This was a new cross-matrix position requiring excellent team management skills. I was the single point of contact for product quality and forecasting, design enhancements and ongoing administration/negotiations with Sun Microsystems for the supply of custom-designed products worth US$220 million. I oversaw the new RTS product manufacturing lines in BC and selected the mirror production company in China. Educated staff on customer expectations by regularly travelling between the two countries and ensuring steady product supply channels.I addressed all worldwide customer-related technical, logistical or contractual issues.

Secured private development funds ($2.2 million CDN) for the India 800MW Jawharpur Thermal Power Project (valued at $1.1 billion US). Provided support and developed sources of private funding to help the company initiate proceedings to be publicly listed.
