I am a State IP Core Engineer at Reliance Jio, the largest mobile network operator in India, where I support the network operations and maintenance for the 4G and 5G LTE network. With over Nine years of experience in this role, I ensure high performance, reliability, and security of the network infrastructure and services, serving millions of customers across the country.I hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA ) certification that demonstrates my proficiency in industrial networking concepts and technologies, such as Ethernet, IP routing, wireless, security, and automation. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in optical fiber, FTTx, microwave, and UBR operations, which I acquired from my previous role as a Backhaul Engineer at Reliance Jio. Additionally, I have a strong background in customer service, management, and OSP, which I developed from my experience as a Cluster Lead at Compass Group. I have a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Sai University.
