Senior Consultant is the primary role for the delivery of engagements. As a Senior Consultant I am responsible for the day to day management of our engagements, conducting workshops, interviews, and the production of deliverable's. Responsibilities:Tailor and apply the FHO methodology to deliver to engagement objectivesManage client relationships Escalate risks to the Principal Consultant that threaten the delivery of engagement objectivesFollow direction in relation to the execution of the engagement as provided by Principal ConsultantProvide guidance and direction to Consultants Accountabilities:Accountable to the Principal Consultant/ Professional Services DirectorCompetencies:Core:Proficiency in FHO Methodology and deliverables across all domainsProficiency in basic Project ManagementConduct stakeholder analysis, determine appropriate engagement strategies and tailor to stakeholder requirementsDesign, schedule and conduct a series of workshops or interviews to gain stakeholder inputWrite an Executive Report that is engaging and informative - including key observations and recommendations for future actionImplement standard deliverables (e.g., Viso + Excel, iServer, Sharepoint)Extended:Tailor or innovate with standard deliverablesSpecialised:Business Architecture – execute an engagement to identify Value System and relevant candidate Business Models Service Design – use Value Proposition Canvas and Customer Journey Maps to generate new Service ConceptsInformation Management – execute an IM Practice Improvement engagement. Apply the FHO EIM Framework and deliverables to deliver client information architectureEA Practice Improvement – execute an EA Practice Improvement engagementInformation Security Architecture – execute an Information Security Architecture engagementApplication and/or Technology portfolio management – apply the FHO Cloud Adoption Framework to develop client Cloud Adoption strategy and portfolio overlays

As a Consultant it is my responsibility to develop engagement deliverables and undertake other tasks at the direction of a Senior/ Principal Consultant to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
