I managed my first restaurant kitchen as a head chef at the age of 23, and I opened my first successful restaurant in Italy when I was 30 years old. I also have extensive experience in catering for VIP motorsports events, a high-pressure environment with demanding clients and considerable time constraints; I particularly enjoyed the challenges of problem-solving and managing a team within such a formidable atmosphere.
